hello there,
I called my company Grindstone Writing because sometimes when your characters are misbehaving, your plot is out of sorts, and you’re out of motivation, you need a rock. Or, you need someone else to write your story because you don’t want to keep looking at your sales page. Words can be hard. And putting fingers to keyboard can be even harder when writing alone. If the name didn’t imply, I put my nose to the grindstone every day whether it’s writing my own stories as a screenwriter and essayist or when you need an editor who takes the time to get to know your story.
As a first-generation college student, I felt a strong responsibility to make sure I was not the last one in my community. Therefore, I coached and put my keen eye on successful applications and writing. Accumulated, I have over 10 years of experience editing and writing: consulting first on college papers, websites, then fiction, scripts, personal essays, and other creative projects. I am here to make you laugh with encouragement and to make you feel confident in your story because whether it’s a sales page, a book, or an essay, I’m here to be your rock.
